Wake Up Cleaning

We had a move out in our apartment today (Sunday) and after calling several other companies and getting the typical "house cleaning responses" I found Wake Up Cleaning on Craigslist. From the start they were more professional by answering the phone like a business should instead of "Hello" or "Whats up?".



After explaining my rather basic needs (700sqft apartment for move out) Robert explained that it was an hourly rate for two people and that it would be himself and his wife (who own the company). He explained that it typically took only 1-1.5 hours to clean. I booked this appointment on Saturday.



Sunday comes and as promised they called 30 minutes before to let me know and they were on time. They showed and went right to work getting the place done as promised. They arrived at 11:00am and were finished by exactly 12:30 as he stated.



The work was excellent and I was rather amazed to see that they actually hand swept the bathroom floors to get all of my hair (I have a lot of it) off the floor. I am just amazed at not only how well they did, but just how easy it was to talk to them, schedule the call and have them arrive as promised and be professional.



They will be getting my business again and recommendations whenever I can give them. They are true professionals in a field that is plagued with horrible service. If this were Ebay....they would get an A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
