I Care Clinic - Instant Medical Care

It was by far the best I've ever been treated at a medical office in my life. The staff and the doctor was so nice and helpful, and I got all my questions answered. The clinic I went to was located at pershing ave. and they treated my kids absolutely great and the doctor knew exactly what they needed. I went on Friday got the prescription I needed, and my kids are already up and running!

Never go here. We were on Vacation from Canada and we went to the office (near Walmart don't know the address) my cousin was very sick and after looking for clinics online and seeing all the great reviews on their website we decided to go to this clinic ( and it was the closest to our resort). When she went to see if they took her insurance they said they did not take insurance from Canada and she would have to pay and then see if she was reimbursed by her insurance or pay the full price (very rude by the way). She then was told to fill out paper work and sit down which we did. After filling out all the paperwork and turning everything in we sat down and waited to be called we were there FOREVER and the clinic WAS NOT FULL! She went to inquire about how much longer before she was called and this lady was standing there, which she thought was a patient because of the way she was dressed, the lady told her the Dr. was with a patient and it shouldn't be long before she was called which that's what we understood because the lady had a very heavy accent. After another 40 min she was called the Dr. was great very attentive to her and all her symptoms. But for sure won't return to the clinic an outrageous waiting time unprofessional staff and very rude. Not happy at all. A patient was even telling us that she was going to start going to another location in Kissimmee that this clinic has because this clinic always takes long and the staff are so RUDE.. Total nightmare STAY AWAY FROM I CARE CLINIC NEXT TO WALMART. The reviews on their website are WRONG!!!!!

Excellent service they are offering

My husband and I were on our honeymoon when his cold took a turn for the worse. The staff at this clinic were extremely rude to us after we signed in . My husband was taken back to his room, while 2 more groups of people signed in after us for similar medical issues (none urgent). The woman nurse brought her friend back and cut her in line. She then brought back the second group & the Dr saw them before my husband as well. When inquiring about this an hr in, I was ignored outright (not acknowledged), 2nd time told that the others were first (def. not--they came after and left before my husband was seen!), then the 3rd time the male nurse stepped in an went to find the Dr for me. I felt discriminated against, ignored, and when acknowledged treated rudely. I was highly disappointed.

Horrible follow-up ... Doctor does not listen ... Seemed not to care ... just took my money and rushed me out the door with no other waiting patients ... My first visit was OK ... the follow-up was a waste of time & money. He does not care ... I guess you get what you pay for ...

This is the cheapest and quickest clinic i have ever visit here in Florida. The docotr and the medical assistants were very nice and made me feel confortable.
