Bottom line= Don't use these guys for a big occasion
Both my bridal bouquet and the 4 bridesmaids' had some disappointing issues that we were able to scramble and cope with, (I'm still sad my bridal bouquet wasn't at all what like the photo I wanted copied) but the biggest frustration was with the 5 single-rose corsages I'd ordered.
I had ordered wrist corsages but instead got pin-on ones. When we called the shop to see about fixing them, we were told that the order said pin-on, and there was nothing they could do because the florist was out that day. First of all, I had NEVER wanted or said I wanted pin-on. And I had confirmed THREE times, watched her write down, wrist corsages. Secondly, why would the florist be out on the wedding day that I had booked with them FOUR months in advance? Third, even if they were right and I had changed my mind at the last minute, I didn't expect them to be so un-accommodating as to offer NO help with ANY of the issues they caused... on my wedding day.
