If I could give zero I would. The guy does not start on time and is dishonest. When he did the quote he did not mention his up front 50 percent down. I would not have spent my time waiting for him had I known. He went to my mother and lied to her so she would handing him a check that was more than the 50 percent. Luckily I did get it back. The alternative would have been that we buy our own supplies but I'm not handing money to someone who hasn't performed work.
