Britthaven offers 24-hour nursing care for senior citizens, with its home office in Kinston, N.C., and has several facilities in North Carolina, Kentucky and Virginia. In addition to skilled nursing care, medical support, it offers an array of services, such as health, dietary, housekeeping, laundry and social and recreational services.
