great company. When a few of the flowers on my b'day arrangement died after only four days, I called them. I told the woman I knew my son paid a lot of money for what ws delivered, the flowers, candy and balloons. She told me to bring it in and she would replace those flowers. To my surprise, she gave me a whole new arrangement. I would recommend Heaven Scent to all. Thank you again. You are awesome
