They replaced my husband's windshield in about 45 minutes. I waited in their clean, neat waiting area. Their staff is very friendly and courteous. They did a great job for the best price around! I am very happy with their service and would recommend AAG to anyone. I also bought a gift certificate for my brother for Christmas! He is going to be so happy to have his car windows tinted!

I called this morning for my door glass they came out in 37 degree tempature replaced my glass an cleaned up mess in my car an driveway, the worker was very friendly. I would Highly recomend Affiliated Auto Glass.

Reply to Poppy...if I am correct we did install an OEM Glass for you AND may I add that the gentleman you spoke with was the Manager and he was in no way rude to you WHAT SO EVER!!! We take very good care of our customers and make sure that if something is wrong we do what it takes to take care of the problem, whatever the case may be.... We do over 500 glass orders a week and have never had a complaint that we did not take care of. The fact that we didnt tint your backglass for free as you asked might have something to do with your compliant. We pay our window tinters very well and we use the best quality of film which we also pay for therefore; we have to charge our customers. We would like to appoligize if you are upset because we didnt tint your backglass for free. Thank You for your bussiness, Management

I am extremely disappointed with Affiliated Auto Glass. I had a sliding back window replaced in my truck and paid the extra money to get the factory OEM replacement glass. A week or so later as I’m going through a car wash water comes gushing in across the entire top of the back window and floods the inside of my truck. Come to find out they did not install the factory replacement window I paid the extra money for but instead chose to install a cheaper aftermarket window that did not fit properly. When I called to tell them about my problem the gentleman I talked with was rude, unprofessional, did not offer an apology and basically acted like he really could have cared less. The way I was treated here before and after the sale was unexcusable. This was extremely bad business and very unprofessional on the part of Affiliated Auto Glass and I highly recommend going elsewhere for your auto glass needs.

Excellent Service My car needed a new window after it was robbed. The office staff worked extremely well with my insurance, was courteous, and had my car window replaced within 20 minutes......I highly recommend this business and will go again, though hopefully under better circumstances!
