COMPUTER SOLUTIONS

The owner is knowledgeable, yet his people skills are deficienct. He said my computer had a virus, when the problems were actually caused by a particular app. And the app wasn't infected. The owner asked me questions about apps on my computer and if I knew how to use them. The apps that he asked about WERE NOT related to the app that was causing the problems! I have no objection to the questions per se, even though they had no bearing on the computer problems. My main objectio
is that he spoke to me in a condescending manner and accusatory manner.

I have been taking my computers to Computer Solutions since 2015. Before that time it would take months to get my computer back from the shop I used to take it to. So to have my laptop in my hands in a matter of days, is awesome! I am confident when I drop my computer off with them, they will do their best to get it back to me in working order as soon as possible. The information they know about warranties had been a blessing to my wallet.

After calling my home Internet service 3 times, going to my phone Internet service 4 times, and calling where I bought the phone 3 times. I tried everything that they said and I even gave them permission to do it there self. Still didn't fix my problem, I had no Internet or data on my phone. With Irma heading this way I needed my phone to work desperately. My husband suggest that we walk down to Computer Solutions and see if they could help, I told them the problem he tried to fix my phone with no luck. He told me to go home and he gave me an app address to go to. I did and the app gave him access to my home computer. After 4 days of my phone being messed up, it took him less then 15 minutes and my home computer and my phone was working. I can not say enough good thing's about this company. They are the greatest and by far the best place to go if you are having any problems with your computer or cell phone. I was in tears that he fixed the problem so fast. If I had of been standing in front of him, I would have given him the biggest hug possible. I can't thank you enough for helping me out. I would and will recommend your company to everyone I know, and I am going to repost this on my Facebook page. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.

Computer Solutions went beyond a simple clean of my computer.My computer had lost its identity. Windows 10 updates would not install because it did not have an identity. Also I had a virus which was removed. Computer Solutions took three days to fix my computer. It took that long because the Windows operating system was broken. The owner is a really smart guy. Completely honest and trustworthy to work on your computer. My final bill was his $107 charge for cleaning. I expected to pay at least $200 because of the effort put forth. All this was done as he was moving to his new location next to Mallard's. Stop in and ask him about the difficulty he encountered fixing my computer.

Really good service and an excellent value for the money. I was told over the phone by BestBuy that the same hard drive and windows install would cost 330.00. When I contacted computer solutions they quoted me less than half and when I had the work done the bill worked out to exactly half of the bestbuy quote. Love that they put a remote support app on it so if I have a problem, I just call them and they can help me through it. Thank you for all you guys do!

Computer Solutions quickly and affordably repaired my computer. Their service goes above and beyond, and they are always available to answer questions or help work any kinks out.

Computer Solutions was highly reccomended to me via my next door neighbor who owns Atlantic Signs. His computer had crashed, he brought his computer there and not only was it repaired in record time, but he was back in business quickly as he did not have a back up computer. I brought my computer in, they completely reformatted it, replaced the ethernet board, found and replaced a bad capciter in one of the boards,and also installed what i consider the best secuirty system on the market. ALL THIS FOR UNDER $200 !!!! They are courtious, nothing but professional, cost affective, and provide help with keeping my computer running right with a link from their shop. If the rest of the businesses in the U.S. would be run like this with quality workmanship and stand behind their product warranties. we wouldn't be in the shape we are now. They fixed my laptop that would not start, I would have given 5 stars but they told me it would be done next day and it took 3. In all, the price was very good and they knew what they were doing. I just wished they'd have called me back to tell me it would take extra time.

I take my Gateway laptop to them and they had it over 5 months and when i got it back they took part of it. and they lied to me the whole time they had it .so if i was u i wouldn't trust them . I wouldn't take anything to them again.

Over the past few years I have used Computer Solutions for everything from ordering parts to software issues. Computer Solutions has always found a solution to my problems, and has done so in a professional manner. That is why recently I chose Computer Solutions to custom build my new computer. After only two weeks they called me in to see a brand new computer that looked like it belonged on the cover of a magazine. From top to bottom my new computer is sleek looking, and crazy fast. These are the reasons I have recommended and will continue to recommend Computer Solutions to both friends and family.

I got a bad virus over the Christmas break and lost all of my pictures from the past 3 years. Originally we took it to Geek Squad in Gainesville and they replaced my memory and put the windows back in. The computer worked fine again but I was really upset that we could not get any of those pictures back. We called several companies in the yellow pages and stumbled onto Computer solutions. The first thing he said was that a virus should have been fixed on my memory and I should not have lost everything. After contacting Geek Squad, I was able to get my memory back and took it to computer solutions. They called me the next day and had me bring in my laptop, he switched my old memory with the new one they put in and "I GOT MY PICTURES BACK". I couldn't believe it. My nephew came to visit for the holidays and after 1 night our hard drive would not turn on anymore. A friend from work recommended computer solutions and we dropped it off expecting to wait till after christmas to get it back. He called us the next day to tell us it was a virus and it was ready to pick up. When I got it home, it was perfect. Not only did they fix the starting problem, but they also stopped alot of things that needed to be closed every time I started the computer. We couldn't find pictures we had put on it 3 days earlier so we called computer solutions and they were able to go on my hard drive over the phone and show me where the pictures were. Made us so happy that we sent them some christmas cookies. Thank you so much for your expert help.

We had 2 computers that both got a virus on the same day. I tried to fix it myself and called this place and the gave me some great tips over the phone. I was able to get one working and I ended up taking the other one in have them remove it.



I got it back 2 days later and I can't believe this is the same computer. I'm not really a computer person but I can tell the difference. I took the other one in and got it back the next day. It's not as fast as the first one but it runs better than it ever has for me. I ended up deleting all my emails and they someohow were able to get into my computer from my house and get my email back. Amazing. Thanks.

These guys are the best...and they know their stuff. They have brought my old laptop back from the dead twice for which I am extremely grateful. Reasonable prices and great customer service - plus their just real nice people. I highly recommend this place

This company is great in my book. I have taken various computers and the turn around time is a week or less.



If you have a problem with something he fixed he does stand by his warrantee and trys to please the customer as much as possible.



I am just greateful I have a computer guy I can call at any time and he will open the store and help out as much as he can.

My compaq screen went out. I first took it to the guy in the hitchcocks plaza computer deopt and he told me it was a small part. Charged me $35 and 3 months later he still hadn't touched it. I ended up asking for it back, which he gave to me in a plastic bag in several pieces.

We took it to computer solutions and they were amazing. He had it working in front of me in 30 minutes. Turns out that the part I was forced to buy at the other place was not the problem. The LCD panel was bad. It took him 3 days to get the panel and only charged us $50 to put it in and put the whole thing back together. I was about to give up on it and I'm glad I didn't.
