I won’t be going back to lovely nails. The man who greeted me was friendly, but when I was assigned to manicurist Nancy (for a fill) she was rude. I said hello. She didn’t answer. She seemed angry and just started working. She never asked me if I wanted my nails shorter, rounded or square. Never said one word. Trying to be friendly I asked if they had been busy. She said “sometimes it’s busy, sometimes not”, so I knew she understood English. The gel polish she used is already coming off after only 3 days. Her work station was dirty. The pedicure was equally poor with the tech cutting my toes rubbing too hard with what looked like a kitchen scrubby. When I asked the cashier what her name was she said she didn’t know. They’re remodeling so eventually the look might be nicer than the current blank walls, but it won’t get me in there again.
This place is brand new. Pedicure chairs are comfortable and new. My nail tech Phi did such a great job. I will be back.
I had a gel manicure one day ago. The tips of my nail were left unpolished and are catching on my clothing. I'm afraid they will start chipping. I was also not given any massage after polishing. I probably will not go back I can't believe this salon has a 5 star rating.
The man in this salon is very rude. He was nit gentle with removing solar nails. I will never go back.
do yourself a favor, and don't go near this place. They don't clean their tools. Bad attitudes doesn't help, either, but you can wind up with a very serious infection.
looks very beautiful interior, friendly staff, but not a professional, after highlighting, I said goodbye to half of your hair and the color is not the desired sovpodayut. very expensive. in the price list written $ 100 and by the end only for highlighting, without cutting and without laying I paid more than $ 250. your friends, I do not advise you to go there.

Well, I just sent the following message to Maricel's website. You decide for yourself if you want to go to a hair salon that doesn't listen to their customer’s service request. Maricel,The last visit was a validation that I will never be returning back to your salon. I am sad to say but I am not happy with my recent hair cut.I truly believe you are gifted when it comes to hairstyles, hair and among all other skin products, but what I have noticed is that you lack the understanding of what the customer really wants with their hair. I hate short layers and I dislike my hair near my eyes. In many occasions I expressed the desired of wanting to let my hair grow in one length and then cutting only with long layers not short layers, but you have never truly listen to what I want. I haven’t wanting to come back to your salon on several occasions because of this same issue of you not helping or working with me to let my hair grow in one length. This last haircut is going to require so much ironing/blow drying in order to make it look ok. The layers are so short that I hate my last hair cut. I was in tears tonight after I washed my hair. Because my hair is so curly it looks awful. I wish you the best of luck and I am very sorry to say goodbye forever. TM
Horrible. Don't let the professional look of the salon fool you. All I wanted was a trim for $30 which they offered. If you want a blowdry it's $70. While I was getting my hair cut, I had other employees pushing expensive products to sell to me. I told them "no thank you". The owner cut my hair and did not listen to what I wanted done, just chopped away. I paid my bill and left. Once my hair dried, it looked awful. I ended up cutting parts of it myself just to look decent going to work the next day. i went back after work the next day to politely ask for my money back and was told I was a liar. Also, it's very odd that they have about 12 employees in there at any time and no customers.
Worst customer service ever!!!!I had to explain to 4 employee that I came to do my eyebrow in an angle tinted dark color. Nobody speak English and is overcharge! I am very unhappy and disappointed with this salon!
