House of Diamonds

My wife and I were on a Princess cruise to Alaska in Aug. 2014, while we were in Ketchikan we bought a diamond for my wife and a Lumniox watch for myself and were told that the watch did have a warranty and I have the receipt. 7 months later the watch stoped working, we called Blue Diamond to report the problem but no one answered, so I sent the watch to Luminox with all the information and receipt and was told the Blue Diamond was not a Luminox dealer, so they would not honor the warranty. After calling Blue Diamond again, nothing has been resolved and have further been told that I will probably not get anything for my troubles.
