        Overall

        Be very careful with this repair company. They tried to charge me $248 for a part when you could get directly from GE for $176. When I inquired to the Manager about this discrepancy the response was very rude and condescending. The repair rep Jason was very professional though.

        Got soaked

        We had a minor dishwasher leak, about 2-3 ounces of water per cycle...after 3 visits and service charges, it leaked enough to completly saturate a dish towel. They informed me they could come back again but we would have to pay for another service call...having trouble talking to the owner but I imagine he'd like to know what his employees are doing since I can't imagine any business owner tolerating these actions
