Bio: Dr. Ruth Noel is a Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist who was in private practice in Kentfield, CA. Dr. Noel graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 1974 and from Tufts University School of Medicine in 1978. She trained in Pediatrics at Oakland Children's Hospital and Medical Center through 1980 and subsequently received her training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Langley Porter Institute at UCSF and in Adult Psychiatry at Mt. Zion Hospital at UCSF, finishing in 1984. She is board certified in Pediatrics (1986), General Psychiatry (1987), and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (1988).
