Lawyer m. Saxion took a $1500 retainer from me and did absolutely nothing in resolving my family law issue. She gave me a case summary and some useless advice. After demanding my money back, this lawyer had the nerve to threatened me with trespass if i showed up at her office.

I hired Ms. Saxion as my divorce attorney and I could not be happier with the outcome. She was amazing in the settlement conference. I received 65% of our assets and in addition to a good child support amount, I will also be receiving maintenance for 5 years! I was so worried that I would come out with nothing and she reassured me that I would receive child support and at least one year of maintenance - I never dreamed I would have it for five years. She really has made my life and my children's lives easier for the next couple of years, while I am being retrained to return to the work force. She walked me through each step of the process and answered all of my questions. She really the divorce process. I have referred my friends and family to her and I will continue to do so. I am a very satisfied client!

I have dealt with lawyers before, but this one takes the prize for lacking any form of compassion, follow through and will sqeeze ever last dime you have out of you. If you are looking for an attorney that takes 1-2 weeks to return a phone call or doesn't keep you abreast of proceedings or things pertinent to your case, this is the girl.

Lori took my case and assured me that a pre-trial conference call would take her only 5 minutes, 10 minutes max and that she was available on the date and time. Unbeknownst to me she and my husbands attorney changed the date. Lori advised me that the judge had changed the date but his baliff said it was at the attornies request. Both lawyers then charged us for numberous emails, phone calls and then the new appointment time. She also took a vacation without advising me that she was. She sent tax returns to opposing counsel without my knowledge and without getting any financial information in exchange. She said I could make my own photo copies of needed items and I did, but her next bill had $68.00 of copy charges. She advised me that a Feb trial date would probably only cost me $5,000 but billed me $1900 for 3 weeks!!! Her office is a house next to railroad tracks in Kent, WA.
