This company, along with their drivers, are very unprofessional. They will intimidate you if you need to cancel, along with complaining to other passengers about losing money for the cancellation. Even though they are a special needs oriented driving company, they will complain, and even drop clients, over assisting the passengers with special needs. The drivers will tease and gossip about clients. The drivers do not seem to follow HIPAA and will openly discuss clients personal medical information.
