Constant water and sewage problems. No office staff, and the ones here are worthless. So glad I am moving, wouldn't want my worst enemy to live here. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

I paid cash for my home, being assured everything was new or like new condition, including new 'over haul' of A/C. After being there 2 days the smell was horrible, I smelled the carpet and almost fainted! NEW?! I cleaned it and used an odor remover. Next day it smelled like rotting flesh! I decided to pull the 'new'? carpet back and was SHOCKED to find a totally saturated floor, 10X5 and pulled the floor landing as well, there was millions of BLACK MOLD growing ( after investigation by expert, found that had been caused by leaking A/C and had been going on long before I bought the place!!) Over haul of A/C?? don't think so. I then had an expert take air and flooring samples and sent to lab and was found to have extremely high levels of toxic black mold. I let the office know, they seemed to think it was my problem! By law a dis-closure has to be given to buyers. I had no such disclosure. I cleaned and cleaned to rid the black mold, but to no avail. I was told by inspector it needed total professional remediation , costing more than the mobile was worth. I soon became seriously ill from deadly toxins, I insisted on moving or get my money back, after weeks of ordeals, I was able to 'trade', thus cauing me to pay taxes on 2 places, equal to over $1500, AC was almost $700, I had to throw out almost all my clothes and furniture as was infected with deadly toxic black mold, over $1500 in belongings! My dog almost died, I have been on antibiotics and de tox meds for weeks now. So, the point is, they refuse to even answer any emails to work out a solution for reimbursement. I refuse to pay lot rent until they decide to work with me or go to court. BEWARE OF LIARS, TRUST NO ONE, They only want your money and could care less ir you drop dead!
