Oral Cancer Screening
Oral cancer screenings are as important as any other cancer screenings you have done, in fact, maybe more! Mouth cancer is one of the fastest growing cancers today and some studies suggest that oral cancer is the tenth most common cancer today. According to the Oral Cancer Foundation, approximately 45,000 people in the US will be newly diagnosed with oral cancer each year. The screening is quick and easy and can be completed when you come in for your regular cleanings. We check your mouth, your throat, and your lips. We will look for abnormalities in texture, small sores, or other irregularities. Because we know your mouth so well, we are able to catch the earliest signs â€“ before you may notice any symptoms yourself. Early detection is key and regular checkups can help detect any potential issues.

Teeth Cleaning
Once you have experienced the confidence and freedom a beautiful new smile can bring, why not extend that confidence to the skin that surrounds it? So many patients asked us about cosmetic injectables that we decided weâ€™d better listen. We received the necessary training and researched the most reliable options. We offer Botox to help relax laugh or frown lines and Juvederm filler to smooth away nasolabial folds or other signs of aging. It is a great way to feel younger and fresher fast â€“ and how convenient is it that you can have your touch-ups done when you come in for dental cleanings?
Fluoride Treatment
Kids need fluoride! Those young teeth are under constant attack from acids, plaque bacteria, and sugars in the mouth, but so are yours! Fluoride helps remineralize everyoneâ€™s teeth and protect them from the hazards of the modern diet. Fluoride can also help reverse early decay. Thatâ€™s why we suggest that kids have a fluoride treatment at every visit to keep their teeth strong, and that adults have treatments as needed for the very same reason. Veneers
Minimal-prep veneers are very similar to porcelain veneers in their ability to correct and repair. These veneers are thinner and more delicate to minimize preparation and allow more of your natural tooth structure to remain intact. Porcelain veneers require that some of your enamel be removed for a natural appearance and secure bond, but minimal-prep veneersâ€™ ultra-thin profile makes perfection possible with â€“ you got it â€“ minimal preparation! We have chosen to use Lumineers because of their strength and beautiful, organic appearance.
Crowns
If your tooth needs a little more support than a simple filling can offer, we recommend porcelain inlays or onlays for beautiful, durable, strengthening tooth restoration. Smaller than crowns and made entirely of pure, enamel-like porcelain, dental inlays cover and patch the inside of your tooth, while dental onlays also cover one or more cusps (point) of your tooth.
Bridges
A dental bridge is exactly what it sounds like: A device that bridges a gap in your smile with natural-looking replacement teeth. Dental bridges use crowns to hold an artificial tooth or teeth securely in place. These crowns are bonded to the healthy teeth on either side of the gap. Depending on your case, we will use either our metal-free crowns, or porcelain fused to high noble metal. Dental implants can also be used to support a bridge. Bridges let you get back to life, eating, smiling, and speaking with confidence. Dental Bonding
Bonding can do many of the things veneers can do a little more affordably and with no waiting. It can even be used to close small gaps and even out a smile line. It is a viable option for damage to kidsâ€™ teeth too, and doesnâ€™t require any enamel preparation. Dr. Hester custom shades the composite material to blend perfectly with the rest of your teeth and applies it directly to your teeth. Once it is hardened and cured with a special light, you can leave the office with a brand-new smile!
