Alligator Plumbing

I called this plumbing company and the plumber that was sent to my home was "Jim", he was very inconsiderate, sloppy, messy, and rude. He had to consult with the owner, do he also came out, and they had to locate my drain clean out in the front yard, Jim said it would take hours to find it and said it would cost over $200, but while I was outside I could hear him tell the owner he knew exactly where it was. The owner asked how much he was charging me and he said to throw in the top to the clean out when the job was complete. I would not recommend because of the their shady pricing practices and the horrible attitude from Jim.
