The Frame Works

There's no doubt that Bob does excellent framing work. The items I've had framed here are lovely and meticulously done. The real issue is that he is absolutely terrible about communicating with customers. Every time I've had work done, I have had to call after many weeks to see if the work is complete; usually it had been done for a while but he never gets around to calling and letting me know. In July I dropped off a document that needed to be restored and framed. I heard absolutely nothing from him, so I finally called yesterday and he told me that he had never heard back from the paper conservator and it had just been sitting there for 7 months and he "forgot about it." So my advice is this: if you take your items there, call regularly to check on the progress and find out that it is finished in a timely manner.
