Thank you Roto-Rooter for your quick and honest response. I had a gas leak at my house. I first tried to hire a "local" plumber after many calls to change the time and up the amount he was expecting I finally called Roto-Rooter. Your plumber Jacob showed up on time and gave me a quick estimate that he stood by he explained all my options completely. Thanks again Roto- Rooter and especially Jacob for your professionalism and the peace of mid that you gave given me. I will never call anyone else for my plumbing needs.

We had a crushed sewer pipe in need of swift repair. There was a bit of a hiccup on their part coordinating the work to be done, but they were able to remedy the coordination issue on their end and send out a pair of plumbers after hours to make sure we had our plumbing up and running on the same day as work started. They were able to get us into their schedule quickly and their service men were courteous. The price seemed a bit high for the job, but we didn't really have a chance to price check around so I can't say for sure on that point. We would probably use them again if we needed a good plumbing service in a pinch. They did good work and their customer service was excellent.

That Kris did an awesome job of fixing the stuff that I needed repaired or replaced .He also had the appearance of a professional not someone that didn't have respect for his job .Would have given a five star but 400 dollars to replace a flange and the flange costs 10 dollars and that it didn't even take 20 minutes to do is bit much if you ask me it took him longer to put in the new gargabe diposal and that was only 130 dollars to install . Overall he was great but price was high but would recomend to other based on the quality of the job

Allen saved the day! It was a Sunday and I had company come in from Illinois. The sewer clogged up in the morning and my company said to call Roto-Rooter. Previous plumbers had said that roots were my problem, but not one of them offered to get rid of them. Roto-Rooter had a tool that cut through the roots. I will never call another plumber again. Very satisfied!!!!!!!!! Will be glad to tell all my friends and neighbors of the wonderful service.

Kris with Roto Rooter did a great job! We just bought a house only to discover some pretty funky drain issues about a week later. Kris was very good at explaining everything he was doing and letting me know up front exactly what the cost was going to be. I would most definitely recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone having plumbing issues or just wanting to do some maintenance. I purchased the Roto Green Program and plan on having Kris come back at a later date to flush 'er again!

I am very satisfied with the service provided by Roto-Rooter. The job was done throughly and professionally. The plumber explained everything he was doing. It was obvious that he had integrity. I also appreciated that there was a coupon for the work available online and I was able to receive a discount along with a warranty. Highly recommend Roto-Rooter Plumbers!
