Overall

Why do drivers think they can yell at customers who miss a call to unlock the door, when the drivers can call the office and be let in. We don't yell at them when they deliver our packages to other locations, show up early or later than they say they will. I wish I didn't have to deal with them. It's gotten so that I hesitate to order things, because I don't know if I can be there when they come by and let them in to our locked building.

I work for a business that receives deliveries from them, and the driver will only come early in the morning when our business is not open and leave a note on the door. The business hours are posted on the door out front, but they still come every day and put a sticker on the door. How ridiculous for a package delivery business to come and try and deliver packages to a business while they are closed!!!!!!!!!!!... I mean really???? So your business model is: "we will deliver packages on our route, as long as you are open at the time we decide to come by." How pathetic. I have requested our Corporate office discontinue using UPS as a delivery service for packages. There used to be a great, friendly UPS gal that was always courteous and would come by during normal hours all of the time. No problem. Something has obviously changed for the worse.

I order off Amazon all the time, and every time my items are sent through UPS, I know it's going to be hell. They NEVER make it to my door. I wake up early, sit next to my door, in the same room as the buzzer to my apartment, and wait for them to arrive. Eventually, I get a notification via email that they "missed" me, and the delivery has been rescheduled. Often, there is NO notice left. Not on the front or back door of the building, or my own door. Hell, once while waiting I heard a beeping sound on the other side of my door. I got up and opened the door to find a notice stuck to my door. They came to my door, DIDN'T KNOCK, and stuck a notice to my door, and took off!!! Every time, I call and tell them what happened, and every time, I get the same snotty attitude! They talk over me, they won't listen, and then they "hold" the package for me to come pick it up myself. I'm a struggling student who doesn't drive. This means getting a cab, and paying an extra $20 to go there, get my packages, and come home. These people are AWFUL, and they should be ashamed of themselves!

I called them, very politely, ...

I called them, very politely, to ask about a package that they were 3 days late in delivering (I ordered next day air, it is now three days later), they were very rude about it. This is not a package I needed for xmas or a birthday, but for medical needs that I needed several days ago. The official website hangs up on me, and the Kelso store was rude as well. I know they are having a stressful time, too, but when someone pays for next day air and UPS guarantees it's arrival, they should be a bit nicer about it when they can't get it to you, and maybe make a little extra effort if they can.
