We utilized Integrity’s services because Sean Duffy was the first contractor we called who offered to come out, sit down with us, and explain the whole process to us as we had never had a roof replaced before. Once the work started, the crew was done in about a day and a half. They cleaned everything up nicely and we now have a higher quality roof than we did previously. Great service all the way around

This was my first roof claim. I called a few roofing companies and Sean earned my business with a consultative approach from start to finish. He gave me a great deal on a high quality roof and there were no surprises along the way. I will definitely enlist Integrity’s services again for any roof damage we may have in the future.

Integrity did a great job with my new roof. After the hail storms we had this spring there were a number of roofers out knocking on doors. For some reason I simply felt comfortable with Integrity over the other guys. I definitely made the right decision. They did a great job on the roof. They were clean and courteous. They took the time to walk through everything with me in detail up front and during the work phase they covered everything around the house so they did not get debris in the pool or the flower beds. I would definitely recommend Integrity Roofing as the way to go.

Integrity Roofing Company was a life saver. Matt came out to help us after a hail storm. He walked us through the entire process from the initial assessment of the roof to finishing up all the paperwork needed for our insurance company, The new roof is wonderful.

They were able to work along with our insurance carrier and make a successful case for a total roof and fence replacement after a recent tornado/windstorm. The crew that performed the actual work was professional and neat, they cleaned the jobsite daily and when the work was completed they left nothing behind. Our contact Ryan Jones spent a great deal of time working with us personally and giving us daily updates on the progress, answering whatever questions we had. He also recommended a fence company, and personally followed up to make sure we were happy with that company’s service. As far as the quality of the work, top notch all the way. Suffice to say we will use and recommend Integrity in the future.

Amazing!!! After the tornado came through Granbury in 2013 many roofs needed to be replaced in our neighborhood. While it didn't look like my roof was damaged from the street, Integrity roofing gave me a free inspection and showed me pictures of the destruction the large hail had left behind. We called my insurance company and they agreed that the roof needed a FULL Replacement! I couldn't believe it. Naturally I was a little nervous about cost, quality and more. The friendly and knowledgeable staff at integrity helped me through every step of the process with patience and compassion. It was easy! Not only did they provide fast service, but they provided quality as well. The best part is that my roof is the best looking roof in the neighborhood. Before this storm I had no idea how much value and curb appeal a nice roof could add to my home. Many neighbors have chosen Integrity Roofing after seeing my beautiful roof. The house to my left chose a different company and it shows....their roof looks cheap and actually makes their house look ugly. I'm very impressed with the quality of materials Integrity uses. I received a quality product at a competitive price. I'm very satisfied!!!

Integrity roofing company is just that, full of integrity! Their company has great workmanship and really goes the extra mile to make sure the DETAILS are done with excellence. They really help educate and make sure you know exactly what your property needs. I cant say enough about integrity they really do a great job.

Integrity Roofing caused major damage to our home by not securing our roof properly during a storm. They have caused $70,000 in damage to the sheetrock, ceilings, walls, hardwood flooring, carpet and personal property.

The President, Sean Duffy, promised to cover our expenses b/c he acknowledged he was at fault. He said he has never had this happen in all of his years in the roofing business. He also told us that he fired the roofing crew.

One month later, he has only called to ask us for his depreciation check. Also, he billed our homeowner's insurance for a 50 year shingle when he told us he was going to replace our roof with a 30 year shingle, (what we had originally). This added $9,000 to the invoice. He never told my husband, me or my insurance company about a possible upgrade before he [supposedly] did it. We have yet to confirm that the new roof was replaced with 50 year shingles. He, instead, is billing my insurance company after the fact. He also told my insurance company he upgraded to a 50 year shingle instead of a 40 year shingle (the next reasonable step up) b/c "40 year shingles aren't made anymore". My insurance company confirmed that this was not true. Shingle manufacturers make 40 year shingles to this day.

We have to move out of our home for 6 weeks when the demolition crew begins working, and it has been a huge inconvenience for our family, but we understand accidents happen. If Integrity would have just done the right thing, and paid for the damage and living expenses, this would all have been resolved.

Mr. Duffy does not hesitate to lie to you with a smile, all the while boasting about the fact that he is a church preacher, and he basically tries to pray with you and preach to you. I'm not interested in having a religious experience with my roofer. I just want them to do a good, honest job.

Do not do business with this company. He is blatantly dishonest, and we are now having to resort to subrogation, when all we wanted was for our home to be repaired.

BTW, I'm sure everyone reading this noticed that Integrity has been in business for almost 10 years, and they have 7 reviews on this website. 3 of those were written on the same day, and 2 more during the same week. In ten years, they had five of seven reviews written within days of one another? I don't buy it. Those reviews are probably written by the company itself. Do NOT do business with Integrity Roofing or with Sean Duffy. He is the worst kind of dishonest.

We had a great experience with Integrity Roofing. Professional and honest personnel. High quality materials. Job was completed as scheduled with attention to detail and excellent follow up. Would definitely recommend to others!

Very easy to work with. They were very professional. I have had 3 houses done and by far, this was the best in workmanship, and quality. My house is sq-ft, and my garage is sq-ft and both were done in one day for roofing, and another day for guttering. From drip-edge that came in Anodized Tan (not the ugly silver) to roofing and vent repairs, they did it all. Clean up was great, and professional. I will be purchasing a 4th house, and will use them again.

Very thorough! They found unseen damage once the old roof was taken off, which could have cause substantial damage down the road! They worked with the insurance company to make sure that it was taken care of properly! The crew, as well as the crew leader, didnt leave until I inspected the roof to make sure I was satisfied! A wonderful company and one that lives up to it's name sake!!
