Taco del Mar

Think Subway meets Mexico and you've got Tacos Del Mar.



Instead of telling them the bread you want, tell them what kind of tortilla to use when making your tacos or burrito. Then select the ingredients the way you like your Mexican made. They also make taco salads, enchiladas, and nachos. "Combos" include chips and salsa, beans and rice, or chips and queso along with a drink.



The meat was tender and flavorful. The tortillas were warm and soft without getting soggy. The nachos were absolutely perfect. The service was also very friendly. The only drawback was that from what I could tell, it was pico de gallo or skip the tomatoes. I braved the pico de gallo and found it to be a little too spicy, but many people probably don't mind a little fire in their tacos.



The laid back surfing atmosphere is fun, and best of all, Tacos Del Mar (at least the one in Keizer) uses biodegradable or reusable serving platters. We will definitely return.
