Rude interactions with woman who identified herself as owner. First time in shop, I asked if their business accepted credit cards. She barely looked at me and just pointed to a sign on the register showing credit cards and continued talking to a worker in the store. I wrote it off as her maybe having a bad day. I decided to bring over a large amount of donations in the form of nice cloths and household goods and a full set of new dishes. She made me bring one thing in a time, no offer to even hold the door. When they were done pawing through my items, she simply said okay and turned around like I wasn't there. Not even a thank you. It bothered me enough that I went back in the store and told her if you want people to donate to this charity, than a "thank you" would be nice. I told her I have not felt welcome in this store even on my first visit. She said, "Thanks for your input" and then turned her back on me again like I wasn't there. I will never go back there and will take my donations elsewhere. And I will tell others about this horrible experience. You should feel good about supporting a charity. I felt terrible and wished that I'd brought my stuff somewhere else.
The staff here are rude and mean to children I like many things about this shop but that is a real deal breaker I will not be back.
