We just moved to town and a co-worker recommended Katy Furniture for our new living room furniture and dining room furniture. We had a budget in mind, and a specific style we were looking for. When we got to the store, we were amazed at the size of the store and the variety of styles. Our salesperson introduced himself, pointed us to the living furniture to start with, then hung back just far enough for us to feel comfortable in browsing, but close enough for us to ask additional questions. Long story short, we picked out our furniture, stayed well within budget and had it delivered and set up within two days. Awesome experience and I will go back when I need more furnishings

My sales representative helped me to pick out the dining room and living room furniture within my budget. I'm excited about my next purchase, I will be shopping here again. I would like to point out, this was my 5th stop and I saw the exact same pieces of furniture at a fraction of the cost.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! My husband and I wanted to buy locally and support a small business. We spent $1,029.44 at Katy Furniture and purchased a couch, chaise, and ottoman. All three items were damaged when we received them. We have called and emailed them the pictures as they requested. Katy Furniture wants to send us a technician to repair the furniture. We paid for new furniture, not furniture that needs to be repaired. We were willing to exchange the furniture and they will not work with us. We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but I doubt that will help because they have 17 other complaints against them! Do not buy from them. The service is bad and they do not stand behind their products.

Found a Flexsteel recliner here for $300 less then I saw online. They had it in stock. I love my new chair. We plan to shop your store again in the next 6 months for at least two more purchases.

I just bought a microfiber & leather sectional and leather convertable ottoman here today. Prices were the lowest around. Sales people were knowledgable, zero pressure and very patient. Delivery is set up for two days from now & over all we were very happy with our experience. I expect the delivery & set up to go as smooth, but will be sure to update this review if anyting goes wrong!



I will def go back for more furnishings as money permits!
