        Rude and Unprofessional

        First, they admittedly gave our dog a shot when it did not need one and insisted we need to pay for it. They also charged us for an exam fee of $42.00 that we were not aware of. We only wanted to board our dog for a few days. We feel people need to know about all fees upfront, apparently they do not. When we questioned them about the charges, we were told to take our business elsewhere and then hung up on. We believe we were told to take our business elswhere as a cover up for multiple mistakes.

        We are required by the veterinary practice act to examine any pet that we have not seen before any vaccination or treatment is provided. We must charge appropriated fees to stay in business. Unfortunately, we must ask clients to leave the practice when appropriate.
