Aspens Residential and Commercial Cleaning Service

This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. Multiple no shows spread across six months, each with the same excuse given. Don't wast your time or money with these frauds.

I purchased a voucher in September, 2011 thru UrbanDealight. The 1st of October, I scheduled an appt for the Wed before Thanksgiving. The week prior, I began calling to confirm my appt. I left multiple messages over a 3-day period. Never received a return call. The Monday before Thanksgiving, I called again only to hear that the number was disconnected. I went to their website to see if I could find another way to contact them. Once there, I read her blog about how she was mistreated by the Daily Deal programs .After reading this, I feel this person is DEEPLY DISTURBED and would not want her in my home at any cost. I also feel that she uses these programs as a means to SCAM the the customers who purchase them (she always receives her money from the programs) with absolutely NO INTENT to honor them.Free money for her. I encourage anyone who has been scammed to contact the BBB as she currently reflects an "A". rating. Be sure to read all reviews also on. Her pattern is to take your money and not show up.

No good! I bought a bunch of vouchers through BuyWithMe, and she has stood me ip twice! I am having a garage sale tomorrow morning, and a block party tomorrow afternoon. We had to spend the past few hours cleaning when I have other stuff I should be taking care of, thanks to this 'service'. The best part is that BuyWithMe sold to another company, andante new company won't give cash refunds. I had to file a claim with my bank, if they don't refund me I don't know what I'm going to do as I'm out $665.



I will never attempt to use this company again. The only reason I purchased these vouchers is because at the time time, Aspen's had great reviews and an A+ rating with the BBB. That is no longer the case. I strongly suggest anyone who purchased this deal through BuyWithMe contact their credit card company immediately for a refund, before it's too late.

No communication. Purchased from Living Social, the number on the voucher had a full voice mail for days, then finally prompted for 800 number to schedule appointments. Scheduled my appointment with a week and a half notice. The cleaning staff never showed or even called. I called the 800 twice and all they could do was leave her another message. I am now left with the task of getting my house ready for a Baptism reception by myself, AFTER I get my 3 girls under the age of 3 to bed.
