General Info: I have practiced as a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2017, have a State of Missouri professional license (LMT), and also have a KCMO city business license. As a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association, I am trained in a variety of modalities, from light relaxation massage to deep tissue therapeutic massage. I customize each massage. The body and mind are connected; massage immediately and quickly helps both at the same time. Massage can help manage stress and anxiety. It can even help with relieving or managing pain. If you are my client, I can and will help you the best I possibly can. Massage is wellness, self-care, and health care. Reliable and valid research proves that it works!
