The focus of my drafting and residential design services business, Owner-Built Design, is to work with Homeowners, Real Estate Investors, and Contractors who need to get their new home, addition, or project designed and permitted on Oahu. I have helped residential property owners in Hawaii with their residential design and permitting needs since 1988.
