“ I worked with Cheryl after my partial knee replacement in December of 2016 until June 2017. I knew from the beginning that it would be a great experience, because the day before my surgery she called to check in and see how I was feeling about the surgery. She was reassuring and confident that all would go well. After the surgery I saw her within a week and I was really struggling. My first visit was emotional, but Cheryl’s calm spirit and expertise allowed my fear to calm and I was able to begin the healing process. The ability to work with Cheryl was invaluable, but she also put an emphasis on doing her directed exercises at home. When I wasn’t progressing as quickly as I should have been she gave me some tough love and spurred me on to pushing myself even more.

We have had the pleasure of treating hundreds of residents and visitors alike in the healing of intricate surgeries, complex injuries, & sprains and strains. Our primary population of patients are typically "orthopedically-challenged," yet we do see neurologic, pediatric, and geriatric patients as they reflect the community of our island.
Physical Therapy
“I would highly recommend doing your physical therapy with Cheryl Claypoole. I have gone to other therapists in the past and I did not receive the focused attention that Cheryl gave me. I felt like she was invested in reducing my pain and educting me in how to move correctly so I could hopefully avoid future pain. Not only that... she is kind and positive and a pure joy to be around. You would do yourself a favor by going to Cheryl.”
