very disappointed. took private volcano tour. was concerned the pick up time was too late for us to do all offered on tour. company assured me it was fine the two times I checked with them prior to departure. when driver got there told us we had to pick what we really wanted to see as could not do all that was offered on tour due to lack of time. This was my shot to see Big Island- only had one free day to see Island which this company ruined. IN response to my complaint they said I was only upset as the weather was bad. the weather did not affect driving time - I was upset as they falsely advertised what they offered, did not stand by it and ruined my day in Hawaii.

Just wanted you to know that we had wonderful service and will definitely use your service again and recommend Global Rider to others. There was a mess up with our dates but Alex responded quickly and picked us up at the airport in less than 15 minutes after my phone call. Great service by mainland standards but incredible service by Hawaii standards :)!
