I turned in my IPad mini for a cracked screen. It was repaired in 3-4 days. The screen was raised and the home button seemed to be off center. It was sticking in the on position and my battery completely drained. I refused the device and the employee agreed it was not right. It has been two weeks and I still do not have my iPad back. I called to find out what the problem was and was promised a call back. I've called twice now and am still waiting for a reply.

Brought in computer for virus problems. Got the computer back without issues and performed faster.The guys seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. Priced reasonable not like some of the other local computer stores. Also one of the techs noticed the cracked screen on my phone and offered to repair. These guys are awesome and professional.

Brought my hp tower in because I couldn't access my emails. Turns out the experts at techsmart solved my problem and its good as new now.

The man that owns this place is rude, and acts like he has better things to do than help his customers. He promised a fix in 5 days and it took 15, and then when I cam home the computer crashed again. He has awful customer service and he can't fix a computer, laptop, phone or otherwise! Go to Drive guys in town!
