The right hand doesn't support what the left hand is doing, or the sales team doesn't honor prices promised for orders. After being given a price on an adult trike, I arranged for the family to pitch in to meet that proce. I placed the order and a day later received a mesage saying the store would need to charge $25 more for the order, since the gear kit needed to be imported from another state. I believe, since they install the same gear kit often, they were aware upon offering the initial low price of what was entailed in procuring it. I've called 3 times requesting a return call front the owner who, while in the shop, won't return my calls.Do I feel jerked around? You betcha'! And my 83yo father who believes the bike is forthcoming does not know, so far, it is not. This is NOT an honorable company.

Just bought a Haro bike for my grandson. We went in a couple of days ago, they only had a 16" for him to try. They were willing to assemble 2 more, an 18" and a 20" for him to try and check the one that was best for him. He tried them all, decided the 16" was the best one for him. He never rode without training wheels before. They help him, gave him tips and this 5 year old left the store very happy riding his new bike without training wheels. Thanks for your advice and help.

After spending 2k on a bike and accessories, i was promised a fitting on my new bike, i'm still waiting for them to fit me, its been 2 months now, they were nice and servicefull until i paid for the bike, but since they did not do what they promised, even though I've called multiple times about my fitting, i will never return to this shop for service
