OUR PHILOSOPHY HOLLY bondar was born in washington DC. And grew UP there AS well AS in Italy. France and California. SHE has lived and worked in Jupiter in south Florida since 2003. HER upbringing significantly influences HOLLY'S design choices and direction. Which is always sophisticated and elegant YET relaxed with a tropical island feel. The resulting unique harmony transforms the interior space and creates an environment that enables YOU to live on island time in your OWN home. ONE of HOLLY'S first major remodeling projects was lovingly restoring to its original glory HER 1890S victorian house in SAN Francisco. Holly was still working AS an executive in the biotechnology industry in CALIFORNIA'S silicon valley when SHE realized that HER true passion was for interior design and renovation. Working primarily through referrals and word of mouth. HOLLY'S true talents were unveiled and SHE quickly rose to BE a sought after renovation designer. In recent years. Holly has expanded island time renovation & design to include DESIGN+BUILD and added custom NEW residential construction. Including oceanfront and waterfront homes. To the list of services provided to the Company'S clients.
