Start by apologizing to me at least.1 star since I can't give it zero. I doubt I'll ever be back, and I'll warn others off as well after this B.S.When you make an appointment, for 10:30, show up at 10:30 and then are promptly ignored for 30 plus minutes... Not a good sign. I tried to be patient, I was reading a book, I was relaxed. Finished the book, I'd noticed the time but it was getting silly. Well, I'm no longer relaxed.Ask, "Is something wrong?" Answer, "Oh did you have an appointment?" Me "Yes, 10:30 been here since 10:30." 30 minutes ago. There may be a problem when the young lady (who, to be fair, was different than the check in lady) can't be troubled to look at the waiting area with all of 4 chairs, from her desk 5 feet away, yep, there's a problem. Then the receptionist, after my response, rolls her eyes, gets up and goes in the back, comes back again a few minutes later... asks "Can you come back at 12:30?" My response after that was "Nope, I won't be back"So thanks for the waste of time. But don't worry, I'll warn off others. I'd been there twice before, nothing stellar, nothing bad, just a dang haircut, get "can you come back 2 hours later" sure, let me waste 2 more hours on a haircut. Riiiight. The words "I'm sorry!" Or "oh no! our bad!" Or something other than an eye roll and idiotic look of "well this must by your fault since my (probably) boss should have told me what is going on. Not. Ok. Yeah, I'm infuriated by this, which if you've read this far is pretty obvious.
I was greeted with an unpleasant frown which continued throughout my whole hair cut by a woman named Joan. The only reason I knew her name was because I asked the person who penciled me in. She never introduced herself nor asked me anything, but how short do I want to cut my hair. My hair was all the way down to my lower back..I would think one would want more communication from their client, but no. Matter a fact the more I tried to communicate what I was wanting the more aggravated she became and would sigh loudly in annoyance while she roughly combed through my hair and chopped it sloppily. I received a basic (mediocre) cut with doggy ears from bad layering in the front, no washing and no styling and was charged $36. When I let the woman at the front desk, who happens to be the owner (Jennifer Miller) know I wasn't happy with my haircut experience she gave me snooty, and several doubtful looks and said "I think she did just fine" and then rolled her eyes and said "I'll talk to her" which I don't believe for a second. I only went to them because I was able to get in with short notice..now I know why...when you treat your cliental like that you are definitely not going to get people coming back. Bad prices, bad attitude, unprofessional owner. I'm amazed these people are still in business.
