Kitchen Remodeling
This kitchen remodel done in the City of Lodi, 2013. This house from 1957 needed a good face lift in the kitchen area. All new appliances and cabinets bring this house into the 21st Century in a big way. Complete with pot filler over the new stove and a faux window over the sink. Nice Job to the interior decorator.

Master Bath Remodel in Elkgrove,Ca. After Remodeling the Kitchen and living room. We were called back to do their Master Bathroom. Notice natural stone flooring, Glass Block, and built–in seat in corner of shower. We matched ceramic tile with granite tile for the vanities.

These are random shots of the five bathrooms that belong to the 4700 sq.ft. Home in the custom home gallery. All bathrooms are tiled with granite, travertine, and ceramic tiles. The showers are all walk-in one and one has a ramp for wheel chair access. Cabinetry is all natural maple with a clear lacquer finish.

Siding
This is a detached garage 1020 sq.ft. in size. Stucco exterior on front side and T-111 plywood siding on remaining 3 sides. There are (2) 13” Solar Tube lights installed into ceiling to provide free lighting at all times during the daytime hours. This job was done is Sacramento Co. (Galt, Ca.) area. This is a great addition to any country property or city property with a lot of extra unused space on their lot.
Porches
This is an exterior face lift that was done in Lodi Ca. The front porch was redesigned as well as the back porch. All new concrete work was done. Rock facing was used on all the column details. Natural wood was used on the ceilings of both front and rear porches.The entire house was re-roofed at the same time.
Residential Roof Repair
The cabinetry is all solid stock natural maple wood. The counter tops throughout the house are various kinds of granite tile. The counter tops in the kitchen area are solid granite slab custom fabricated to all cabinetry. The floors are Travertine stone and carpet. The house is equipped with two 5-ton AC /furnace units each zoned to one-half of the house. A 15KW generator is installed to run most of the houses lighting and furnace in a power outage. The garage is 1400 sq.ft. will hold 4 cars and then some. Custom brick work sets this house apart from many others in the area. Again cement slate tile roofing to give many years of durability to the owners.
