        Overall

        They came out and bid the job. said they would be there in a week to do it. they then came back at scheduled time and looked at it for about 30 min came and asked us if we would be there for a little bit they needed to go get parts. they never returned or called to let us no they didn't want to do it I would not recommend these ppl at all R&S is who I will use from now on!

        Yesterday (09/16/11) is had my AC/Furnice unit repaired by Jeremy from DS&W and he did a great job at a very reasonable price. Jeremy made my a customer for life. Great Job Jeremy!
