I have a fractured back. I went to see this doctor, he could not stop yelling at his nurse right in front of us long enough to do a proper evaluation. I was told that I needed to wear a brace for a couple of months. I was told that they would have to get approval from the insurance company to pay for the brace. It has been two weeks and I still have not received said brace. I have called my insurance company numerous times and have been told that it only takes 24-48 hours at most to approve the brace because of the circumstances however, they state that this doctors office has not sent any paperwork for the prior approval. I called the doctors office several times and was told oh we'll handle it we'll call you back. Which they never do. I called the insurance company again today and they have still never received a request from this doctor. THIS DOCTORS OFFICE IS A FRAUD IF YOU NEED SERIOUS MEDICAL ATTENTION GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. PATIENTS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
