Three Words...TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS!! Don't waste your time with them. They will take your money and your stuff. All the "stellar" reviews you see are from the shop itself. They are committing theft by conversion. Learn from other's experiences and don't fall victim as well!

Theft by conversion 16-8-4 a person committed to this offense with theft by conversion knowingly converts the funds to his/her private or own use. In violation of the agreement or legal obligation. All customers sign a contract explaining full terms and conditions that any customer must agree to before doing business with corporation. There is no specific person who customer has done business with, customer has done business with a corporation.

I had a laptop repaired here twice,no problems until I purchased 3 more laptops for my kids. I prepaid March 9, 2011 and was told 24-72 hours. It is Oct. now and all I have is excuses and broken promises. My wife is beyond furious and the kids are disappointed because I passed on the lies told to me to them. I've been told several times 2 of the 3 was ready but then told they was sold to someone else,then I was told 2 ready 3rd ready in a couple days then none ready, I not at all happy but was told today I'm on priority to get resolved. Let's see whats next excuse they come up with.

The customer identified as Lamar Simpson owed an additional balance that he did not want to pay. Customer was made aware of the abandonment status if he did not abide by the terms and conditions that he signed on his contract and pay the additional balance he owed. Customer refused to pay the balance he owed and was placed in abandonment status. Customer was very irate made threats to the store and slandered the company name. Customer will be faces charges from the fees he owes the company, legal fees and any additional fees as it states in the contract that price is subject to change at anytime with our without customer contact. Customer agreed to these terms that he signed on his contract to pay. Customer did in fact display that Mr. Fix It has done business in the past. What the customer didn't disclose is how he couldn't afford his bill that he owed. Customer was allowed to make payment even after being abandoned because of injury from his job but never paid, yet expect product to be produced. Customer was informed policy, price, and procedure and customer refused to follow the policy of our store. Customer will be handled through Mr. Fix It's Legal Department.Customer was also issued a criminal trespass for calling the police to a business.
Just got scammed wish i would have check here frist took in a xbox 360 no repairs then want 50 more dollars to get it back was to cheap way or 100 dollars more on top of the 65 i put down. this is crazy . they steal your money dont go there.
NO MATTER WHAT THIS BUSINESS TRY TO SAY TO CONVINCE YOU. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY OR ANY MATERIAL TO THIS GUYS. THEY ARE RUNNING A BIG SCAM. WE HAVE FOUND A GROUP FOR PEOPLE TO FILE A LAW SUIT AGAINST THIS BUSINESS, IF YOU HAVE BEEN PART OF THIS SCAM CONNECT US HERE.

Any customer who feels Mr. Fix It hasn't satisfied them may bring a copy of their service order to the company so that we may solve any service or order issues so that we can be made aware. Any customer not abiding by policy of our store or has any issues may contact our store. We will be glad to fix your issue. Thank you
I read the service contract. And they fixed my phone. I never had a problem with Mr. Fix It and they fixed my phone back to the way it was. And yeah my screen came in kind of of bit later they still did an awesome job.
I have been scammed by them too, i payed for them to fix my cracked screen on my phone, its been two months now and they claimed it would be 1-3 days. When i call they claim they are waiting for a shipment to come in. They wont give a refund, and they have a bad attitude when i call and ask about it.

This disgruntled customer is a representation of the public who doesn't understand policy and contractual agreements. We make it abundently clear that (24-7) hours is only an ESTIMATE and that we are not responsible for shipment issues. Clearly these complaints are past customers who are confused and need to look up the true meaning of Estimate. Maybe in the near future you will be more patient and listen before you open your mouth to the public about businesses. Which just so you know you cannot perform a class action lawsuit in case you haven't heard. Once again this is an example of how illiterate Americans have become. Read First. Then open your mouth to ask questions. Listen then try to understand.

This is a BIG SCAM, I agree with the reviews. I have also been a part of this scam, what I have learn that, this business take's in the material for repair and sales, it to a different person, for a way cheaper price then the market value. They claim that they will fix it in 24 to 72 hours, but THAT'S A BIG LIE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.

DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS!! This is the worst place you can go. The repair was suppose to only take 2 to 3 days. They have had my computer for 6 months now!! You have to pay for the repair up front. If you cancel they will not give you a refund even if they haven't started the repair. I think the GBI needs to investigate this business for FRAUD...
