These guys are great they work extremely hard and don't over charge. Could not ask for better service. Staff is friendly you can trust these guys to do the job right everytime.
The previous review forgets to state that personal items are not te responsability of the shop, you must keep up with your own stuff. I have beena customer here for years and personally belive they are incapable of such accusions. They are prompt and hardworking and always leave me as a happy customer, I highly recommend this shop if you want to support a small family buisness and have caring people work on your car!
I took my car in their shop about a couple months ago for a new clutch. A slim guy said that I would have to pay $2800n to get my clutch fixed. He said that I would have to pay 1/2 down in order to start the job! Needless to say, I came up with the down payment and it took them 2 weeks to even service my car! I finally got my car out and you know what? My car couldn't go into 5th gear. I plan on filing a civil suit against their company because they do not honor their warranty.Guess what, when I finally got my car back the tail light was blown and my CD player did not work but when I took my car to them my CD player was working beautifully. It's a damn shame when you take a car to them with a 1/2 tank of premium of gas and they give you your car back on E!!
My name is Fredrick, on July 22, 2017, around 2 pm. I visit one of your establishment 6541 Tara Blvd, Jonesboro, GA 30236 to have breaks put on my vehicle. Jr, one of your service team member greeted me. I explain to him that I spoke with Tony on the phone about break service. Jr, was giving the keys to perform service on my vehicle, he told me it will take an hour to complete the work. After an hour passed, I returned back to your shop to learn my vehicle was done. I sign the paperwork, Jr then told me that both of the caliber bolts were strip. I asked, “Why did you not call me to explain the damages?” Jr said, “I don’t know!” “I didn’t think it was a big deal!” I then explain to Jr that it is not ok to work on a customer vehicle and not tell them there is a problem. This conversation took place after the service was done. I asked, “Are you going to change the bolts out since they are stripped?” Jr, replied, “You will have to pay another $75.00 dollars because it’s a different service. Jr would not change out the break caliber bolts without me giving another $75 dollars because they say it is another service. I left the property, called to speak with a manager, Rebecca, “Customer Service Manager” answered my phone call. It is 3:10 pm, I explained my situation to Rebecca, she told me there is nothing that could be done because “It was another service for taken my bolts out of the break caliber and replacing it with another bolt.” I asked to speak with another manager in charge that was on duty. Tony (manager), one of the service guys got on the phone and said the same thing as everyone. Tony, also said, “What do you want me to do about it?” “I have other cars to fix and this is not going anywhere!” He, then put Rebecca back on the phone. I asked for the corporate office number. Rebecca said, “There is not a corporate office number!” “Josseline, is the owner.” I asked, “What is Josseline last name?” She replied, “I can not give that out!”
This service auto shop is dishonest and untrustworthy. I will NEVER recommend this auto repair shop to anyone. The customer contract that they make you sign before allowing them to work on your car, is a trap. Once you sign the contract you are signing away all your personal items within YOUR OWN VEHICLE. This shop's employees and the owner are corrupt, crooked, and misleading. They will not fix the repair of your car, but will purposely break other parts of your car so you can continue to come back for more service. My car has always been in their shop ever since I used them. Every other week a problem pops up that causes my car to need repairs. On top of that, they will steal your personal belongings and NOT take full responsibility for it, but will blame the incident on you for LEAVING YOUR OWN ITEMS IN YOUR CAR!!!! That is theft and they will not get away with this.

Ms Tamicia S, If you had a bad experience at the Jonesboro Autozone, why are you not talking about what happen? Why are you talking about the manager size. What does her size have to do with any. Why are you concerned about how much money she makes? How do you know? Do you do her taxes? Once again, What does that have to do with anything? If you have 4 business around the Jonesboro location. Why didn't you send your customers to O'Reilly or Advance they are right up the road. I know that the nearest NAPA in Forest Park which makes me believe that you don't have a business. Stop attacking people for personal issues. If she was that bad, why didn't you call their corporate office. Wow!!! Ms Professional business lady.
I would like to share my experience at the Spur 138 AutoZone in Jonesboro GA they have the worst general manager Christine G. she is the rudest person I have ever encountered in any business setting, She have a rude manner with the customers, she is nasty and disrespectful, she like to show off in front of the workers as if she make a decent pay, trust me I know she don't . in my book she is hands down a showoff. I own 4 shops and use to give them my business and send all my customers there but thanks to her I started giving my business to NAPA. I have watched her be rude to nearly everyone that walks in that store , she should be ashamed to wear the manager title and corporate she be ashamed to have her employed there ,She must really need that dead in job because there is no way anyone will hire her big behind anywhere else. If I could give a big - 0 as my rating I would but even that would be to good for that location. She need to be dealt with by upper management.
