Airport Shuttle Service & Sunrise Shuttle Service

Over the years I've used this particular service more times than you could imagine.. It's the perfect option for clients and customers who fly in to the Memphis Airport. These folks vehicles are always clean and the staff is over-the-top great when it comes to personal service. My most recent experience was September 2014.

I highly recommend Airport Shuttle Service. Phil is personable, prompt, and goes the extra mile to provide excellent service. His cars are clean, and he makes sure you are riding in comfort. The next time I fly into Memphis, I won't hesitate to contact Phil for transportation to Jonesboro.

If you need a ride, call Phil! I recently moved to Jonesboro and have to travel for work on occasion. I was in need of a ride to and from the Memphis Airport and Phil got me there on time and was there waiting for me at midnight when my plane landed. Every step of the process was professional and the fee is extremely reasonable. Do not hesitate to call Phil if you need a ride, I will be using this service for every business trip I take in the future.

I recently had a wonderful experience with Airport Shuttle. Phil was welcoming, helpful & went out of his way to make sure I had everything needed getting to & from the Memphis airport. He was on time, a safe driver & I would use him again on future trips to Jonesboro.

This guy was wonderful! My journey to the Memphis Airport was more of a saga than anything else. He was a safe driver, endlessly kind, super helpful, and incredibly patient. There was a possibility that the rental car agency wouldn't rent me a car once I did finally arrive at the airport, and Phil waited for about an hour to make sure everything was squared away. He didn't want to leave me stranded, and his presence really made the whole experience far less stressful. I'm sure there are other great airport shuttle drivers out there, but I'm not interested. This was first time on a plane, and I am 67 years old. My daughter and her husband paid for me to go with them to Mertle Beach SC on vacation. I was very apprehensive about the whole trip, but meeting Mr Phil Runkle was a delight. He was friendly, helpful, and very professional. After the demise of Sonrise Shuttle in Jonesboro, there were no options to get rides to/from Memphis International from Jonesboro or Paragould. I'm so glad Phil has this business now. We went back and forth via email regarding a drop off/pick up at Memphis Int'l. I ended up getting a ride there, but used Phil for the pickup at 7:30am on a Sunday morning. My flight arrived early and he was already in the cell parking lot waiting. Pickup up in a 300S with plenty of leg room in the back. He was prompt, courteous, professional and very friendly, and the pricing was reasonable (comparable to what Sonrise was). If you ever need a ride to/from the airport and don't want to drive or hassle a friend for the ride, this is the way to go. Thanks Phil!

Phil is such a nice person. Very easy to talk to. Made the drive from Memphis to Jonesboro and back go by so quickly, but also very professional. Top quality service. Jonesboro is fortunate to have him.

Phil did a fantastic job. The only thing I can add to all of the wonderful and true things that everybody else said, is that he was great with my four-year-old. Phil's wife sent him with coloring books and crayons to keep my son entertained on the trip from Memphis to Jonesboro!! Wow!! This shuttle service is BY FAR, the BEST I have ever experienced. Very professional, clean, polite. Couldn't ask for ANY better of an experience. It's worth a 10 star rating to say the very least!!

Customer service is paramount to Mr Phil. He was courteous, affable, and security conscious and provides comfortable transportation in clean vehicle. I wouldn't have any concerns recommending his service to family or business associates. He provided a ride to and from memphis airport called day before departure and arrival, checked flight schedule and was a real gentleman. Wonderful service.
