Free consultation? ha ! Jeff Henson wants to charge $600 for two trip charges to BI when has local office in Crestwood. Instead of normal trip ch in industry of $89.99 he wants $120 and another $240 for two hrs labor to diagnose a hot water heater when within minutes one knew it was power surge damage. Then he wants another $240 for another trip to me insurance adjuster. We used HomeownerHelpers the yr before to install this very same water heater along w replacing a boiler that was only 7 yr old under warranty. Contrary to protocol Jeff removed all parts back to their shop before adjuster could examine. For a year now he has held those oarts hostage refusing to have electrical engineer exam claiming they need to sign a proprietary agreement. He has been pd in full from day one! We are without ability to file a homeowner claim w/o those parts. He promised on this new claim to bring those oarts from a year ago and leave in moms basement. Away from his proprietary issues. We were in Fla and upon arrival home Jeff did not order new part nor leave former yr ago parts. Didn't order new part because wanted $1826.00 upfront money for repair. Didn't care about a 91 yr old incontinent 250 lb woman who needed hot water to keep clean! We hired someone else ..we don't care about his worthless warranty ..impeded our original insurance claim and now wants $600 for two short trips to her home. The guy overestimates his worth! Too many chances for him to do the right thing and he continues to do the unethical !
