First time I called, requesting a price piping for a wood stove, they gave me some crazy price of under $200. The guy had no idea what he was talking about, the final bill was over $1000 (he quoted me for gas stove pipe). One part wasn't available, so they had me pick it up at Ebensburg, who subsequently gave me the wrong part, and then lied about it. Johnstown made it right and sent me the right part via UPS. Two weeks later, I call again asking if they had a certain size triple wall pipe, they tell me yes, upon my husband's arrival they don't have it. They didn't even offer to order it. I called and had a fit. They were able to order it for me, informed me it would take 3 days to arrive. It's now on day 10, and it should be out for delivery. If half of the pipe wasn't already assembled and ready to go, I would have packed it up and returned it. Never again. The only saving grace of that store is Eric who is extremely helpful.
