Jay Sweeney's Used Cars

I just bought a car from this dealership not 3 days ago. I've already had to replace the battery and had the oil change. Went to put new tires on the car and they told me it is extremely unsafe and I could kill myself while driving it. So I took it to a repair shop and it had a broken tire rod. And it could've lost steering at any time since it was held together by duct tape. These people only care about their money the second you go in there and say anything else that's not giving them more money, they're extremely rude to you. The office does have a big black cat and the entire office smells just like the cats business. You can even see where it's done it on the floor they never bother to pick it up.

I bought a pick up there back in February and I will have to say I will never buy another vehicle from there. Ive never missed or been late with a payment, yet when I call or go in there to ask a question they are very unfriendly and rude and treat me as someone out to get them. They answer my questions in a very rude tone and insulting. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. But I will have to say the little truck is very clean and nice and runs out really well.

The employees at this place and the owner are extremely rude. I went there and had $1500 to put down on a car. I had some issues with an out of state license since I am a student but I live too far away from home. I explained my situation to them and every intention of getting my license here. The guy that I talked too started to argue with me and was out right rude and disrespectful. The customer service there was the worst ever.

The cars all looked dirty, the office is unclean. The owner had a cat sitting on her desk while she was eating. None of the sales associates were dressed professionally. It became pretty obvious to me at this point why the car lot looked so ran down.

I will take my money somewhere where I am treated like a paying customer. I am not giving a car lot thousands of dollars for a POS car and extremely rude customer service. If your are thinking about this place I would definitely think twice and many of my friends are looking for cars and I will let each one of them know just how shady and rude this place is.
