Donna Mike Bolton is a joke and clomps around looking for the paperwork she has lost. She lies and overcharges and doesn't produce results. Don't give her a penny. If you make the same mistake I made then make sure you keep copies of everything (she will lose it and won't remember even discussing it). After firing her, I hired another lawyer to complete the things she had put off (so she could charge more) and was done with my case in 2 months. She caused me more stress than any other part of my divorce. Don't waste your time.

Ms Bolton did an extremely good job handling my case which was very difficult. She has changed my life and the life of my 5 year old forever. Very good lawyer. Judge loved her and the other attorney was very overmatched. I would giver her 100 stars if it let me.

A simple case was drug out for eight months....I put up a $4,000 retainer and was told three times any unused money would be returned by a very unprofessional receptionist...very little work had to be done and was even told toward the end of case,that was settled out of court, about $2,000 would be due back....Was told and told an itemized statement would be provided with the return...They would not return calls for weeks,finally to say it was policy they did not return unused retainer...I will Monday report to Better Business Bureau and contact the National Bar Association...

Thousands and thousands of dollars are what you will spend. She clomps around and can't find things. Make sure you keep copies of EVERYTHING and bring to court because you will likely need to give it to her; then you can give her thousands and thousands more. Then, just when you will think you have spent enough and she will bill you for more. She will charge you plenty and when you ask her not to file motions without talking to you about it first she won't like it and may quit and probably charge you for it.

Donna has been on top of her game since day one. I needed a firecracker... And boy did I get one. She is excellent in court and works her butt off out of court. I would highly recommend her for anyone who needs a good lawyer.

I was out of state and needed someone to represent me in Tennessee. I called this law office and was told that the attorney would call me back. I never heard back from them. I guess they are not interested in really helping someone unless you can come to them and pay them upfront.

Mrs. Bolton is a truly gifted lawyer. She is hands down the best out there. No matter what type of case your in, you definitely want her on your side. She cares about her clients and fights for you til the end. Couldn't ask for anyone better!!
