Dillenbecks

The floral designer at Dillenbecks created 2 beautifully coordinated arrangements for my Uncle's casket spray and cross. I had no specific instructions, only that the designer 'enjoy.' Both arrangements were of autumn flowers, and many different varieties. I mentioned that my uncle would be dressed in dark blue. The designer coordinated with some violet colored flowers, just perfect. Thank you, Dillenbecks.

If you want dead flowers in your arrangement, this is the place to go. I cannot believe that they included dead flowers in the spray for my mother's casket. My mother deserved better than that.

ZERO STARS!!!! BEWARE! This establishment grossly over charges me for an awful arrangement that I recieved a photo of after it was delievered. The arrangement looked NOTHING like I specifically described to the woman on the phone that I wanted. I was very very specific and even told her 2 arrangements on their own web site that I told her I wanted the arrangement to look like. I told her I had no problem paying a higher price for the arrangment but the expectations were that it would look like the 2 I pointed out on their site. They delivered the arrangements, and it looked like they picked it up at a local grocery store and delivered that. It was HORRIBLE!!! and not even worth 50 bucks, and I paid triple that. I was horrified when the recipient texted me a photo of the arrangement. What a total SCAM!!! Even in NEW YORK CITY they don't charge over a 145.00 for an arrangement. This place should be have been embarrassed to have delievered what they did then have the audacity to charge me that amount. I am sick about what they did. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
