Jefferson Pediatrics

We received very poor service, if you know a patient is paying out of pocket- seems that you would do everything to help this patient and their family out, esp so close to the holidays so they do not have to keep coming back. This office is very against antibiotics, antibiotics have never hurt my kids, only helped them get better. I am very sad I paid out of pocket here, doctor and staff do not care about the their patients at all. They did not even check my son's ears when he was there for sick appt. My son has been really sick for at least eight days now, I took him in on day 5 of 8.

I absolutely LOVE it!! All of the staff, including Dr Smith, are ALWAYS so friendly and nice! They take time to answer questions and make sure my two Little Princess' are perfect!! I am so happy with my decision to switch and the location is perfect for me. I would recommend Jefferson Pediatrics to ANYONE!!

everyone is very friendly and helpful! office maybe a lil cold, but the doctor and staff's hearts are warm!
