Hls Health & Wellness

HLS told me my c pap supplies were in the mail. I've never received my c pap supplies. Because of HLS my health has worsened. HLS told me my supplies were mailed, that's been 6 weeks ago! Apparently HLS lies to everyone!

I'm getting charged for something I already brought from them. I experienced bad customer service years ago, when they were flicks, which I took my business elsewhere. I really don't want to change suppliers again, limited to were to go in this town, (Jasper, In). I was on a call list, to inform me of when supplies were available. Never got the call, guess it was a mistake, apparently I was lied to again. I don't know why it's so hard to keep customers happy with this store, guess they have their favorites, and I don't qualify. I would not recommend this location to anyone, unless you like bad customer service.
