        Very poor service. They claim 24hr service but if y call at night it’s impossible to get any clear direction as to where your vehicle may have been towed. God have mercy on y if y happen to have your car towed in your absence. Not sure why they do that but am guessing they want to make it heard for you to locate your vehicle that way the can charge a fee for holding as well. We live in a harsh world.
