        Residential or commercial hydromulch or hydroseed Hydromulch, also known as hydroseed, is a mixture of fiber mulch, grass seed, fertilizer, and water. This mixture is then placed in a special machine to bring these ingredients to the proper density to spray over the soil. The result is a green layer on the surface of the soil. After regular watering and about two weeks time, the result is a beautiful high quality lawn at a fraction of the price of sod.
