Pine Tree Inn

This place is disgusting bug infested dirty my bed if you'd call it that was a mattress and box spring standing agents the wall the place needs to be maintained properly cleaned fumagated the water was not even drinkable who ever runs it should be fired i am in my 50s seen alot of bad places this was the worst every one there looked drunk or on drugs especially the managers not a place for children at all in my opinions. I am surprised the health department has not shut then down the bed bugs were so bad i have a infestation problem on my body that i have to see a doctor for i have never been in such a filthy place in my life

This place is absolutely DISGUSTING! From the staff to the rooms - this place was hideous. Don't be fooled by the obvious sham of a review from the owner - they are LIES. They sold me a DIRTY room with not one surface wiped off, like someone had lived there for a month and they just remade the bed! After a few hours in the room, I noticed BEDBUGS. It was like a scene out of a horror film - they just started crawling out of the BROWN pillows, covers and mattress! The windows were broke and just covered with a blanket, and even with all this, they REFUSED a refund that I paid a month in advance for! I just can't believe this level of service exists in Janesville - this place needs to be SHUT DOWN!

I stayed here for 5 months and the first thing I have to say is that the owners are incredible! This place has way more facilities and is way cheaper than any of the motels/hotels in the Janesville area. My room had a kitchenette with a full range stove, refrigerator, microwave AND WiFi! The environment is so peaceful and surrounded by hundreds of trees. This is the only place I would stay at in Janesville since it has the best rates and is customer friendly. I just loved my stay here and highly recommend the Pine Tree inn motel to you!
